Weybridge High-Spec Full Renovation
The Challenge
Reconfiguring the structural core of a double-fronted house with multiple intersecting load paths, while ensuring zero settlement of the historic upper-floor timber frameworks.
Our Solution
We deployed a phased structural temporary propping system, inserting a complex matrix of structural steel girders directly into the central spine of the property. This safely redistributed the floor loads down to reinforced concrete pad foundations poured in the basement.
