Terms of Use
The short version: this site is here to inform, real prices come in a written Cost Proposal, and we've kept the legal language to what actually matters.
Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Grand Innovations website. By using the site you agree to them. They apply to the website only. If we carry out work for you, that project is governed by its own separate written contract, which sets out the scope, programme and payment terms for the job.
2. Site content is information, not a quotation
Everything on this site (descriptions of our services, project examples, process explanations) is general information to help you understand what we do and whether we are the right fit for your project. It is not an offer, a quotation, or advice tailored to your property.
3. Pricing on this site
Any figures you see on this site are typical ranges based on projects we have delivered. They exist to help you budget realistically, not to price your specific project. Every home is different, and the only figures that bind either of us are those set out in a written, itemised Cost Proposal prepared for your project after we have discussed it with you.
4. Our content
The text, photography, graphics and design of this site belong to Grand Innovations or our licensors. You are welcome to browse, share links and print pages for your own use, but please do not reproduce our content commercially without asking us first.
5. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so in good faith, but we do not control them and cannot vouch for their content, accuracy or availability. Following a link from our site is at your own discretion.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
8. Questions
If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@grandinnovations.co.uk or call 01932 950158. We would rather explain than have you guess.
