This Epsom garage conversion entirely redefined the family's ground-floor footprint. By knocking through the existing structural walls, we created a seamless flow from the main house into a new, vibrant living area featuring a bespoke green wall, burnt orange accents, and expansive French doors opening directly onto the garden.

Integrating the existing, lower-level garage slab with the main house floor level while ensuring maximum ceiling height for the new living space.

We engineered a stepped foundation and structural raised floor that perfectly matched the home's interior levels, creating an invisible, flush threshold between the original and new spaces.
