A leaking tap, a slipped roof tile, a door that will not close properly. The same team that builds our extensions and renovations also looks after the day-to-day repairs, with clear hourly rates, no call-out fee and a proper job done the first time.
Small jobs, done properly.
Most maintenance headaches are not the jobs themselves. They are the phone calls that go unanswered, the tradesperson who never arrives, and the invoice that bears no resemblance to the quote. We run our maintenance service the same way we run our building projects: one point of contact, a confirmed appointment, and billing you can check.
Every trade is covered by our own approved teams, from plumbing and electrics through to brickwork, roofing, tiling and decorating. Because we are builders first, the person who turns up to re-bed a ridge tile or re-plaster a ceiling works to the same standard as the crews on our full renovations.
You pay by the hour, with the rates published below. There is no call-out fee, and no job is too small to take seriously.

General repairs and building fabric maintenance across Surrey and London, carried out by our approved in-house teams and regular trades.

General plumbing works and repairs: leaks, taps, toilets, radiators, pipework and blockages, handled by our dedicated plumber.

Electrical
Small-scale electrical works and minor jobs: sockets, switches, light fittings, fault-finding and replacements, by a qualified electrician.

Carpentry
Doors, skirting, architrave, flooring repairs, shelving, boxing-in and general first and second-fix carpentry.

Brickwork & Repointing
Bricklaying repairs, repointing, damaged brick replacement and small structural masonry works.

Roofing
Slipped or broken tiles, ridge re-bedding, flashing repairs, guttering and general roof maintenance before small leaks become big ones.

Tiling
Wall and floor tiling repairs and replacements, re-grouting and re-sealing in kitchens and bathrooms.

Plastering & Rendering
Patch repairs, skim coats, cracked render and external rendering, blended into the surrounding finish.

Interior and exterior painting and decorating, from a single room refresh to making good after repairs.

We confirm a time
The service desk schedules the visit and dispatches the right trade. For urgent maintenance, call and we will tell you honestly how quickly we can get someone to you.
The work gets done
A tradesperson arrives at the agreed time, carries out the work and talks you through anything unexpected before proceeding. Billing is by the hour, at the published rate.
Sign-off and simple payment
You check the work before we leave. We invoice for the time on site, with a one-hour minimum, payable by bank transfer, card or cheque.
